Had a great time with friends! We visited Woburn Abbey and its Safari Park and also checked out Whipsnade Zoo, both just 10 minutes away. Rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. The continental breakfast was nice, but be ready to take it back to your room. it was a fun stay with all the essentials covered.

Just a fine choice for a weekend breather in Dunstable with best value for money ratio. The staff were always friendly and helpful during my stay. Book a room at the back to avoid road noise.

    spacious family room
    enjoyable breakfast
    damp smell

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the spacious family room with a cozy sofa bed. The kids loved the breakfast spread. The kids also enjoyed playing on the sun terrace and hanging out in the cozy lounge area. Just a little downside was the smell of damp in the room, but everything else was clean and comfy. ✨

    friendly staff
    clean bedding
    room description mismatch
    bathroom maintenance needed
    road noise

Friendly and efficient staff made the stay pleasant, and the clean bedding was a highlight. Breakfast offered a nice variety, including cereals and toast, although the timing felt a bit early for late risers. the room was disappointing as it did not match the description—two single beds crammed in instead of a sofa bed. the bathroom needed a refresh, and noise from the busy road made for some restless nights.

    Good for budget-conscious travelers

And breakfast was DIY, pretty decent selection and you could take it back to your room, which was perfect for a lazy morning.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for the price you can’t complain.

    shower issue

Had a great time with friends! We visited Woburn Abbey and its Safari Park, just a 10-minute drive away, and also checked out Whipsnade Zoo. The breakfast was simple but good, and we loved that we could bring it back to our room. Staff were friendly, and the parking was convenient.

The only downside was that the shower in the second room had issues. it was just laid in the bath without a rail, which was frustrating.

    Great service, hot water issues

So I stayed 2 nights in a King Room with Sofa Bed. Staff were super helpful, especially with my room request. They really tried to solve the hot water issue, but it was a bummer having no hot water until checkout. Breakfast was basic and self-service, but the picnic area was a nice touch.
